Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice – if you cancel seven (7) days prior to your arrival date, you will be given a full refund.

If you cancel less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, we keep the 50% deposit as our cancelation fee. 

There is no refund  for early check-outs or no-shows.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card for security must be provided at check-in and the cardholder must be present with a valid government-issued ID unless third party credit card has been provided to hotel in advance.

An “authorization hold” of $150 USD will be placed on the credit card in case of incidental charges, and any applicable security deposits. Charges are finalized upon check out. Any authorization holds beyond your final charges are released by the hotel upon check out, but may take 3 to 10 business days to be released back to your account, dependent on your bank’s policies and procedures. 

Non-Smoking Policy

The hotel is a non-smoking facility, including e-cigarettes and marijuana, and violation of this policy will result in minimum damage and cleaning fees of $350


Extra Person Fee:

All visitors must be registered at our front desk, a valid ID must be presented. Visitation hours are 10 am to 6 pm. Visitors after 6 pm must be added to the room and will attract a charge of US$20 person per night if room is beyond double occupancy. Public areas are open to registered visitors until 11pm.

Check-In | Check-Out Times

Check-in Time: 3pm | Check-out Time: 11am.
Guests who wish to remain in their room after 11 am will be charged US$30 upon checkout.
Unregistered guests are not allowed in room areas outside of visitation hours. | Smoking is prohibited.

Late Check Out: A check out time past 11:00 am may be available if requested with advance notice on the morning of departure. If your personal belongings are still in your room after 11:00 am and you have not arranged a late check out with the front desk in advance, you will be charged for an additional night’s stay.
